John Tittle, Jr., CPA/CFF/CGMA, CTP, CIRA, CDBV founded Tittle Advisory Group (TAG) in February 2011, having over 30 years of accounting, financial, and managerial experience, including founding, growing, and managing an accounting and consulting practice and a financial advisory firm. He has taken a company public and has experience as the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of an AMEX listed consumer goods retailer and distributor. Other prior positions include service as the leader of the Southwest Region for XRoads Solutions Group, LLC as well as a partner in the Financial Advisory Services practice of Deloitte, where he built and led the firm’s Reorganization Services practice in the Mid-America Region. Mr. Tittle’s areas of emphasis include:

(i) rendering bankruptcy advisory/reorganization services on behalf of varied stakeholders in the bankruptcy/turnaround arena; (ii) obtaining debt and equity capital; (iii) acting as a consultant and/or principal in merger and acquisition activities, including substantial attention to due diligence matters; (iv) rendering business valuations and solvency opinions; and (v) providing expert testimony and litigation consulting services in judicial proceedings. His experience involves companies with annual revenues in the tens of millions of dollars to those with several billion.

Mr. Tittle leads each TAG engagement and is actively involved in client service. John Tittle has been qualified and testified over 100 times as an expert in various federal and state courts across the country. John Tittle is a testifying expert who has actually operated, bought, sold and merged companies. He has followed-up on his valuation projects with actual cash. Moreover, Mr. Tittle has been an advisor or consultant to various constituents on similar real-world projects. His experience includes serving as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Trustee, and Receiver.

TAG uses hand-picked consultants to assist Mr. Tittle on projects as necessary. Generally, these consultants have the same mix of large firm experience as Mr Tittle. Some have C-Suite experience as well. By keeping its overhead and fixed costs low, TAG is able to deliver the same quality services as Mr. Tittle provided at the big firms for a fraction of the cost.
